- We have over 20 technicians that are trained to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Our techs travel to customer’s yards, field locations, manufacturer’s locations – wherever the job takes us
- Site support is also available to assist customers’ in-house electronic technicians
- Field training and commissioning available
Aftermarket field support is one of the most important services that we can offer to our customers. Lime Instruments has a staff of more than 20 service technicians to offer industry leading support for all our products worldwide. We cross-train our technicians to understand both software and hardware components regardless of age or equipment type.
